Mango Float by Thirsty? Fresh Juices and Shakes

The Mango-Float-in-a-Cup craze is still here. But if you haven't heard of it, it's the Pinoy favorite dessert made more convenient and more delicious with the addition of ice cream to the mangoes, Graham cracker and cream combination. And Thirsty is the latest to join the bandwagon with its own version of this dessert. Launched just in time for Dinagyang 2019 last Jan.25, Thirty's version is definitely worth the wait with its specially concocted delicious ice cream - n ot too sweet and overpowering,  and complements the fresh mangoes and Graham.

Laswa has no definite list of ingredients nor recipe as it is just "stewing" available vegetables - not only from the garden, but what's inside your fridge or you bought from the market. It ranges from the simple all vegetable dish to ones having seafood like shrimps, crabs and more.  But in the end it all boils ( pun intended ) down to what you prefer at the same time, what is available. Happy New Year! 2019 is just a few hours old but it seems to be full of life and of course, gastronomic delights. Amidst the fireworks and revelries, food ushers in the new year with the traditional media noche . So what's on our table welcoming the new year?
