Pineapple-Cheese sandwich filling

If you love this combination on top of you pizza or even burger, chances are, you'll definitely dig in this very simple sandwich filling.

Its a combination of flavor and texture that creates this yummy filling - the creaminess of the cheese and the sweetness of the pineapple.

To make this filling, all you need is a can of crushed pineapple and shredded cheese. For the latter, I always go for Kraft Eden cheese and for the pineapple either Del Monte or Dole.

You need to "sort of" freeze the cheese first to make it easier to shred - soft cheese tends to deform thus you'll find it in convenient to shred.
Just mix the crushed pineapple (drain the juice first) and the shredded cheese then chill for an hour to create creamy consistency - but you can already use it as spread after mixing.

If you wish to make a chunkier spread, just use pineapple chunks or slices then chop it into somewhat much bigger than the crushed pineapples.

Remember, its just cheese and pineapple that makes thius spread no need for mayo or others - but you can always experiment.
To make this pineapple-cheese filling "level", I add cream and condensed milk plus water, mix thoroughly and freeze overnight. Instant pineapple-cheese ice cream!
